Naming and Launching Ceremony for DDG Haguro
On July 17th, the naming and launching ceremony for theDDG HAGURO was held at Yokohama Shipyard IsogoWorks, Japan Marine United Corp.
From June 3rd to August 21st, the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) and the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) are participating in the Talisman Sabre 2019 with the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps in Australia.

The Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo, an international military band festival was held from June 29th to July 6th in Nova Scotia, Canada. The JMSDF Band, Tokyo participated in the event.
