Strategic Documents of National Security and Defense

On December 16, 2022, three new strategic documents (the Three Documents) - “National Security Strategy”, “National Defense Strategy” and “Defense Buildup Program” - were decided by the National Security Council and approved by the Cabinet.

Currently, DM Koizumi holds the Promotion HQ for Transformation of Defense Capabilities to discuss the revision of the three strategic documents.
