From February 15 to 16, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense Kobayashi visited Germany to attend the 61st Munich Security Conference, and held meetings as well as courtesy calls with several delegates. The summary is as follows.
On February 15, Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Defense Kobayashi made a courtesy call to H.E.Ms. Dovilė Šakalienė, Lithuanian Minister of National Defence, and held meeting with H.E.Ms. Radmila Shekerinska, NATO Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Thomas HITSCHLER, Parliamentary State Secretary from German Federal Ministry of Defence, to discuss defense cooperation and exchanges. He also attended a luncheon hosted by German Federal Ministry of Defence, and held brief discussion with several Defense Ministers and officials.
