HA/DR(Laos)Invitation

Program Outline

　The JMOD held its first invitation program on HA/DR (Engineering Equipment) as part of its capacity building program to the Lao People’s Army. The participants who are commanders of the Lao People’s Army learned how to make a construction plan for road rehabilitation. The participants who are operators of the Lao People’s Army learned how to control the engineering equipment.

　All Lao People’s Army participants worked hard to obtain the skills and knowledge of making a construction plan and control of engineering equipment provided by JGSDF instructors.

　The JMOD program aims to develop the capacity of disaster response capacity of the Lao People’s Army.
