On February 23, 2026, Defense State Minister MIYAZAKI Masahisa participated in the 3rd JPIDD and served as a chair in the plenary session. Prior to the plenary session, on February 22nd, he held a meeting with the Secretary of Justice of Micronesia, visiting Japan for JPIDD, and hosted a reception to welcome the participants.
