2017 Capacity Building Assistance in Timor-Leste (Engineering and Cooperating with Partner Countries)

12 members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force joined the capacity building assistance project, Exercise Harii Hamutuk 17, in Timor-Leste. "Harii Hamutuk" means "Building Together" in Tetum, the national language of Timor-Leste. Over 150 personnel from Japan, Australia, America and Timor-Leste worked together and learned from each other during the exercise.
