  JMOD/ Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) officers visited Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) Base Ratmalana and held a seminar at SLAF Headquarter as a part of the Capacity Building Program in the field of Air Rescue. Through the visit, officers of JASDF were familiarized with SLAF’s Air Rescue operation. They also gave lectures to commanding officers of SLAF with the aim to build up their air rescue capacity around their vast surrounding ocean and discussed about developing Air Rescue Manuals for SLAF.
