Program Outline

Location	Indonesia Navy Maritime Operations Center (Jakarta)
Recipient	Approx. 140 including Indonesian Navy personnel from Hydrographic and Oceanographic Department, National Defense University students, and personnel from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS)
Delegation	1 official from the International Policy Division, MOD 2 JMSDF personnel 2 officials from Japan Coast Guard

The JMOD/SDF provided an oceanography seminar on topics such as trajectory prediction. The Japan Coast Guard (JCG) also provided a seminar on responding to a Tsunami disaster. In addition to Indonesian Navy personnel, many Indonesian officials from a variety of government departments with responsibilities for search and rescue and disaster prevention also joined the program and engaged in an active exchange of views.
