The JMOD/JGSDF has been providing technical support and training human in the field of civil engineering including road construction, to the Royal Cambodian Army Force (RCAF) since 2012 to enhance its ability to contribute to which contribute to United Nations Peacekeeping Operations (PKO)
In response to a request from Cambodia, the JMOD/GSDF provided 10 days training to improve the concrete road construction skills of 33 RCAF personnel prior to their deployment to Mali later this year. The trainees worked hard and acquired concrete placement skills; such as basic knowledge about concrete strength and its properties, frame setting, bar arrangement and concrete smoothing.
