On June 4, PVM Wakabayashi attended the Homecoming ceremony of the Multinational Force and Observer (MFO) operating in the Sinai Peninsula, hosted by the Cabinet Office. He showed appreciation to four JSDF personnel dispatched as the 7th HQ staffs for one year.
MFO supports the monitoring of the ceasefire and promotes confidence-building measures between Egypt and Israel in the Sinai Peninsula.
