- On April 15, the 5th Japan-Türkiye Military to Military (MM) Dialogue was held in Tokyo, Japan.
- The Japanese delegation was led by DG HAYASHI Mitsuko, Director General for International Affairs, Ministry of Defense, and the Türkiye’s delegation was led by Brigadier General Erdoğan ÇATAL, Head of Foreign Relations Department of the Turkish General Staff. They exchanged views on a variety of issues, including regional affairs of both nations, etc. and deepened the discussion on defense cooperation and exchanges.
