  1. On March 17, the 20th JMOD-MINDEF Policy Talks were held in Tokyo.
  2. The Japanese delegation was led by Mr. ARIMA Takanori, Director General for Bureau of Defense Policy, and the Singapore’s delegation was led by BG Frederick Choo, Deputy Secretary (Policy). The two sides exchanged views on a variety of issues, including regional affairs. They also discussed the way forward for Japan-Singapore defense cooperation and exchanges, as well as other relevant topics.
