1. On November 20, the 3rd Japan-Lithuania Military to Military Dialogue was held in Tokyo, Japan.
2. The Japanese delegation was led by Mr. NAKANO Noriyuki, Director General for International Affairs (NATO and Europe), Ministry of Defense, and the Lithuanian delegation was led by Dr. Vidotas Urbelis, Defence Policy Direcotor, Ministry of National Defence of Lithuania.
3. They exchanged views on a variety of issues, including regional affairs and defense policy of both countries. They also discussed the way forward for Japan-Lithuania defense cooperation and exchanges and other relevant topics.
