On September 29, the 2nd Japan-Qatar Military to Military (MM) Dialogue was held in Tokyo, Japan.
- The Japanese delegation was led by Ms. HAYASHI Mitsuko, Director General for International Affairs, Ministy of Defense, and the Qatari delegation was led by Staff Brigadier Nassir bin Ali Al Thani, Deputy Chief of the International Military Cooperation Authority, Qatar Armed Forces. They exchanged views on a variety of issues, including Japan-Qatar security cooperation and regional affairs, etc. They also discussed the way forward for Japan-Qatar defense cooperation and exchanges and other relevant topics.
