Instructors dispatched from the JGSDF Eastern Army joined Exercise Hari’i Hamutuk 25 as part of the Japan - Timor-Leste capacity building project. JGSDF instructors provided two courses, one on construction and the other on heavy engineering equipment maintenance, in collaboration with Australia, U.S. and NZ.
This project aims to improve the engineering capabilities of the F-FDTL and further deepen our relationship with Timor-Leste, as well as other participating countries.
