JMOD/JSDF hosted the 3rd Japan-ASEAN Cyber International Law Seminar under the theme of “Promotion of Rule of Law in the Cyber Domain” in Tokyo, Japan on 10 Jul 2025, by inviting cyber security specialists from the ASEAN defense authorities.
Thanks to the tremendous efforts made by the lecturer, Dr. KONO, Keiko, one of Japan’s leading subject matter experts on cyber domain and international law from Cyber Security Laboratory, Meiji University, the participants successfully shared the importance of rule of law in the cyber space through the given lectures and discussions.
In addition to the ASEAN member states, several observers from Bangladesh, Maldives, Mongolia, Sri-Lanka as well as Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and Tonga engaged in the program as well.
