1. On May 1, the 2nd Japan-Oman Military to Military (MM) Dialogue was held in Tokyo, Japan.
2. The Japanese delegation was led by Mr. KEGOYA Masanori, Director General for International Affairs (Middle East, Africa and Central Asia), Ministy of Defense, and the Oman delegation was led by Brigadier Ahmed Ambu saidi, Director General of International Cooperation, Ministry of Defence, Sultanate of Oman. They exchanged views on a variety of issues, including Japan-Oman security cooperation and regional affairs, etc. They also discussed the way forward for Japan-Oman defense cooperation and exchanges and other relevant topics.
