The Ministry of Defense and the Self-Defense Forces of Japan dispatched Japanese instructors to the Language Education Center of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense to support Japanese language training within the Indonesian Armed Forces.

Over an eleven-month period, the instructors provided Japanese language education as well as instruction in teaching methodologies.

Through this initiative, Japan will continue to further develop and strengthen defense cooperation between Japan and Indonesia.
