On July 16, State Minister of Defense Oniki received a courtesy call from Mr. Khare, Under-Secretary-General for Operational Support. They confirmed that both sides will continue to cooperate closely together in the field of international peace cooperation.
Japan Ministry of Defense (JMOD) / JSDF will actively contribute to international peace cooperation activities by dispatching staff officers to mission headquarters and participating in United Nation Triangular Partnership Programme, leveraging accumulated PKO experience and knowledge.
