On 6th June, Defense Minister Kihara had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Rahm Emanuel, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Japan. They have been communicating closely with each other, and today, they confirmed the progress of various initiatives to further reinforce the Japan-U.S. Alliance and once again concurred the importance of steadily building up concrete outcomes.
