State Minister of Defens Oniki met with Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Hoai Nam, Vice Minister of National Defence of VietNam on May 21.
They discussed bilateral defense cooperation and exchanges, and concurred to continue working closely together to promote further cooperation.
