1. On Feb 27, Serizawa, Vice Minister of Defense for International Affairs, co-chaired the 10^th Deputy-Secretary level talks in Vietnam, together with Sr. Lt. Gen. Hoang Xuan Chien, Deputy Minister of National Defence of Vietnam.
2. They discussed topics including bilateral defense cooperation and exchanges as well as regional situation, and reaffirmed to continue to work closely together to further enhance defense cooperation and exchanges
