On Feb 27, Defense Minister Kihara welcomed the visit of General Cavoli, Commander of NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), to further strengthen the cooperation with NATO based on ITPP, Japan-NATO new cooperation document which was agreed in July last year.
