On Mar 19, Defense Minister Kihara had a meeting with HE Dr. Billy Joseph at the 2nd Japan Pacific Islands Defense Dialogue（JPIDD）.
Japan-Papua Niugini have done military music training for years & conducted the first goodwill exercise in 2023. We will continue to further deepen our defense relations.
