1. On Feb 28, Mr. Serizawa, Vice Minister of Defense for International Affairs, while visiting Laos, paid a courtesy visit to General Chansamone Chanyalath, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence. He also held a meeting with Vong Kham Phommakone, Deputy Minister of National Defence of Laos.
2. They discussed topics including bilateral defense cooperation and exchanges as well as regional situation, and reaffirmed to continue to work closely together to further enhance defense cooperation and exchanges
