On Feb 14, Defense Minister Kihara had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Rahm Emanuel, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Japan.
They have been communicating closely with each other, and today, they discussed concrete efforts to further strengthen the Alliance capabilities to deter and respond.
