Dec 20, Defense Minister Kihara met with Philippine Ambassador Garcia-Albano. Our bilateral relations have greatly progressed this year with Japan’s first transfer of defense equipment and announcement of starting RAA negotiations. We will further promote Japan-Philippines defense cooperation & exchanges.
