Delegation 1 officer from Indo-Pacific Regional Policy Division, MOD, 15 members of JGSDF

Instructors dispatched from the JGSDF Eastern Army and Ordnance School joined Exercise Hari’i Hamutuk 23 as part of a defense cooperation project with Timor-Leste. JGSDF instructors led the road rehabilitation and vehicle maintenance courses while providing technical instruction to the Timor-Leste Defense Force with participating instructors from Australia, the U.S. and NZ.

Through this project, JMOD aims to improve the engineering capabilities of the Timor-Leste Defense Force and further deepen our relationships with them, as well as other participating countries.
