On Aug 30,Parliamentary Vice-Minister Onoda visited exercise Bushido-Guardian,which was the first application of Japan-Australia Reciprocal Access Agreement (RAA) in Japan that came into effect this month. This is a big milestone in the history of bilateral defense cooperation, which will be further strengthened with the RAA.
