- On July 12, the 3rd Japan-Poland Military to Military (MM) Dialogue was held in Warsaw, the Republic of Poland.
- The Japanese delegation was led by Mr. MIURA Jun, Director General for International Affairs, Bureau of Defense Policy, Ministry of Defense, and the Poland delegation was led by Mr. OCIEPA Marcin, Deputy Minister/Secretary of State, Ministry of National Defence, Republic of Poland, MajGen PLUTA Dariusz, Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces, and BrigGen PIDANTY Bogdan, Chief of the Military Foreign Affairs Department, Ministry of National Defence, Republic of Poland.
- They exchanged views on a variety of issues, including regional affairs and defense policy of both nations, and deepened the discussion on bilateral defense cooperation and exchanges.
