Ministry of Defense
Based on the Article 6-1, 6-2 and 6-4 of the Drone Act (Act No. 9 of 2016), the Ministry of Defense issued an official gazette for the designation of defense-related facilities, their premises/areas, and their surrounding areas. After 30 days of notification to the public (January 25th 2023), drone flights will be basically prohibited over the designated defense-related facilities and their surrounding areas. A person requesting to fly drones is required to follow prescribed procedures such as obtaining consent from the administrators of the defense-related facilities.
