On November 4 , State Defense Minister Ino received a courtesy call from Dr. Richard Haass, President of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) who is visiting Japan. State Defense Minister Ino welcomed his visit to MOD and exchanged views on various topics including regional situation and Japan-U.S. Alliance.
