On November 16, Parliamentary Vice-Minister Onoda received a courtesy call from the members of the German parliamentary group, and exchanged views on Japan-Germany defense cooperation and discussed regional affairs. Parliamentary Vice-Minister Onoda stated that Japan would like to work even closely with Germany to uphold and reinforce FOIP under the severe security environment.
