On November 1, the 7th Japan-Italy Military to Military (MM) Dialogue was held in Tokyo, Japan.
- The Japanese delegation was led by Mr. MIURA Jun, Director General for International Affairs, Bureau of Defense Policy, Ministry of Defense, and the Italian delegation was led by Brigadier General Alessandro GRASSANO, Deputy Chief of the Military Policy and Planning Division, Italian Defence General Staff. They exchanged views on a variety of issues, including regional affairs and defense policy of both nations, etc. They also discussed the way forward for Japan-Italy defense cooperation and exchanges and other relevant topics.
