The JMOD/JSDF began to cooperate with Cambodia in the field of PKO (civil engineering) in 2013, and has provided training on surveying techniques to develop RCAF road surveying instructors since 2017.

This year, over a period of four weeks, the JMOD/JSDF provided training on surveying techniques as well as a module on teaching methods to RCAF road surveying instructor candidates.

The participants in this series of projects are expected to expand the number of RCAF surveyors and contribute to Cambodian PKO activities in the future.
