On April 28, Defense Minister Kishi received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Dranga, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Japan. With last year marking the 100 year anniversary of bilateral relations, they concurred to further promote bilateral defense cooperation.
