On December 23, State Minister of Defense Oniki participated in the award ceremony of the insignia of Chevalier of Légion d’Honneur to the former Director General Nodomi, DIH, hosted by Ambassador Seton. State Minister Oniki delivered the speech and met with the Ambassador.
He was awarded for his achievements of deepening bilateral defense cooperation and exchanges. This is the highest insignia and is awarded for outstanding contributions. JMOD/JSDF will promote defense cooperation and exchanges with France.
