JSDF conducted amphibious operation in Tanegashima Island and Tsutarashima Island.

These two pictures show training conducted by JGSDF and JMSDF. In the first one, AH64D Apache of JGSDF is landing on the JMSDF vessel while patrol helicopter flying over it. In another one, an amphibious assault vehicle. AAV7 are boarding the landingship JS Kunisaki of JMSDF.
