On Nov 18, Defense Minister Kishi received a report from Major Tominaga upon her departure and dispatch to the NATO HQ IMS, CS. Under the framework of the IPCP, she will work for IO/NGO Section, engaging in planning and execution of NATO’s cooperation with other entities.
