On October 21, Defense Minister Kishi received a curtesy call from H.E. Mr. Ung Rachana, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and exchanged views on bilateral defense cooperation.
Year 2022 marks the 30th anniversary of JDF’s peacekeeping activities. In 1992, JSDF dispatched its first peacekeepers to Cambodia. JMOD/JSDF will promote bilateral defense cooperation and exchanges with Cambodia further.
