On Sept 22th, UK Minister for Defence Procurement Jeremy Quin MP held a meeting with State Minister of Defense NAKAYAMA. They candidly exchanged opinions on future defense equipment and technology cooperation between Japan and UK, and agreed to further advance bilateral cooperation.
On Sept 22, in the afternoon, UK Minister for Defence Procurement Jeremy Quin MP visited the Air Systems Research Center in Tokyo with State Minister of Defense NAKAYAMA. UKMOD and ATLA have conducted exchanges such as mutual visits and cooperative research.
ATLA is now discussing with the UK on F-X/FCAS. Mr. Quin observed cutting-edge technology research on air systems and had a fruitful discussion on future bilateral cooperation.
