JMOD has been providing military band training project with the Papua New Guinea Defence Force (PNGDF) Military Band since 2015. On Sept 10, JGSDF Central Band instructors resumed its training. We hope to perform together at the JSDF Marching Festival in the future.
The PNGDF Military Band has developed its performance skills with training support from the JGSDF Central Band since 2015, and performed in front of heads of state at APEC 2018 in PNG. In 2019, the band also performed at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, held in Australia.
