On August 22 and 23, JMSDF JS Shimokita conducted a bilateral exercise with US Navy USS New Orleans in the eastern waters of Okinawa. JMOD/JSDF continues to bolster the Alliance capabilities to deter and respond through various bilateral/multilateral exercises.
