Japan-U.S.-Australia trilateral exercise LSGE21

　MOD/JSDF conducted a Japan-U.S.-Australia trilateral exercise in the phase 1 of “Large Scale Global Exercise (LSGE21 )” in the waters and airspace from the Coral Sea to the east of Philippines from August 2 to 8. U.S. conducted this exercise for the first time and JS Makinami from MSDF joined.
　Through the maritime operation exercise with U.S. and Australia ships in the Pacific Ocean, three countries, which share fundamental values and strategic interest, demonstrated the cooperation and unity to uphold & reinforce Free And Open Indo-Pacific.
