On July 1, Defense Minister Kishi had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Philippe Seton, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Japan. Minister Kishi also recorded his speech for Bastille Day Online Reception, which will be broadcasted by Embassy’s YouTube channel on 14 July. Japan Ministry of Defense (JMOD) and Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF) will continue to promote further defense cooperation and exchanges with France.
