On June 23, JASDF 21st FU, 6th ADMG (Shariki Sub-base) conducted PAC-3 maneuver deployment training at JGSDF Camp Kasuminome. JASDF simulated procedures of deployment, operation confirmation and withdrawal, by deploying PAC-3 systems from ASDF station to GSDF station.
JASDF has conducted PAC-3 maneuver deployment training since 2017 in order to maintain and enhance the readiness of JSDF for missile defense and reassure the public. MOD/JSDF will continue to conduct exercises to protect the lives and peaceful livelihoods of Japanese people.
