On May 28, Defense Minister Kishi received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Philippe SETTON, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Japan.
Minister Kishi welcomed the success of the multilateral exercise ARC21 this month, and Ambassador Setton—who actually observed the exercise—stated to further strive toward promoting Japan-France defense cooperation.
