On April 5, JS Atago, JS Umitaka and SH-60K of the JMSDF conducted training with vessels including the patrol boat Hotaka of the Japan Coast Guard in Wakasa Bay in preparation for unidentified vessels heading to critical facilities.In this training, the JMSDF and the JCG implemented procedures such as exchanging information, tracking and anchoring unidentified vessels.
