On April 14, Defense Minister Kishi received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Hasan Mohammad ZAMAN, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to Japan. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
