On March 23, State Minister Nakayama received courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Rachad BOUHLAL, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco to Japan. Japan and Morocco have had a good relationship since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1956.
